Best way to learn Android

I saw the Andorid track but it looks incomplete. It ends still at beginner level. I would like to learn more advanced stuff after finishing off the android track. However, without guidence, it is difficult to figure out which intermediate android classes should one take and the order they should be taken in. You may take a class you dont have the prerquisite knowledge, which is an issue tracks solve.

I would first learn Java, then do the Android track, then try to build your own (simple) apps. As time permits, just randomly take other Android courses. Eventually you will have a portfolio of apps you created on your own (ideal for getting an interview/job) and completed all of the android courses.

If you the have time and money you can try doing the guided certificate (or whatever they're called).

What is a "guided certificate".

tech degree from team treehouse was what I was thinking of.
