Best ways to go about recruiting young developers?

I have been working for a FinTech startup in London for the past year, I fulfill a scrum master role and design role. Our company is currently looking for a junior (.NET) developer and I have been tasked with helping to find a candidate, I have no experience of recruitment and besides posting the opening on angel list etc. I wouldn't know where to start. What are the best ways of reaching out and finding the best talent out there?

Well it really depends, you can have an open invitation , receive the CVs and start filtering from there, after that have a senior .NET help you with the interview process. Maybe you should look forward to posting at Stackoverflow jobs or Linkedin. I know that for the position I am in right know, system analyst , I was hired even tho I clearly told them I was no PHP developer, so I struggled at first but after the first month I was already showing good results. I am still stronger on ruby and python, but programming is programming. Maybe if you can't find the right developer from interviews go to the univesities, look for interns that handle to some extent the languages needed for .NET. Good luck the interviews.
