Bootstrap 3 and Simple_Form

Form isn't horizontally positioning itself. I think that this is an issue with the bootstrap 3 upgrade any advice?

Hi Evan,

I had the same issue. The official release of Simple_form doesn't support Bootstrap 3. I found that you can modify your config/initializers/simple_form_bootstrap.rb file in order to make it compatible with Bootstrap 3.
