Bootstrap Shortcode plugin is not showing up in TinyMCE

After activating the plugin, I still do not see all the short code icons in TinyMCE interface. Where can I start to troubleshoot?

I answered my question. It was actually perfectly functioning and all options were there. I just had to click "Toolbar Toggle" icon to expand the tool bar. Thanks.

I would first try to disable any other plugins you have installed on the site.
Do you otherwise see the shortcodes available in the normal visual editor on posts and pages?

Funny, I couldn't find it anywhere. Thanks to this thread I've located the shortcodes :)
