Ruby User Authentication with Rails Password Hashing and Sign In Creating the Sessions Controller

Broken quiz question will not accept correct answer...as far as I can tell.

I have made many, many futile attempts to answer the Quiz question "Type the method that we would call on the user object to check the submitted password:

if user && user.___________________

I have entered "authenticate(params[:password])", exactly as presented in the preceding video and the teacher's notes, yet the web page response is "Bummer!"

You are right in that you'd think that's what it's looking for. However, this video is only looking for the method name. So typing just the word authenticate in this box works fine.

Thanks!!
