Broswer blocking Local Host

You attempted to reach 127.0.0.1, but the server presented a certificate issued by an entity that is not trusted by your computer's operating system. This may mean that the server has generated its own security credentials, which Google Chrome cannot rely on for identity information, or an attacker may be trying to intercept your communications. You should not proceed, especially if you have never seen this warning before for this site.

I am getting message when i try to pull up localost, My browser seems to be blocking it

Hello,

What local web server application are you using? Have you tried this on another browser like IE or Firefox to see if the error persists? It maybe the Chrome browser that's causing this error or an addon that's conflicting with the local web server.

Cheers!

I tried IE and Firefox, I thought it may because im using a old version of windows

Chika,

What web server application client are you using? WampServer, XAMMP, etc? It maybe an issue with the application. Where you able to view the home screen when you installed it the first time and if so what did you do from that time to the time you first saw the error pop up?

Cheers!

Sounds like on your web server you might have SSL turned on. See if you can find an option for that and disable it.
