Build a simple jQuery Form to upload an image to a location with % loaded display

Hi Guys I am trying to build a simple form using AJAX that will allow me to upload an image or a file to a particular location. And send me feedback of what % the output is at.

I recommend you either take the time to complete the PHP Dives offered along with the AJAX course (both are extremely informative and helpful) to get an idea of where you can start and what to do or start searching for libraries and templates via search engine/github repositories if you don't wish to take the time to learn how to do it.
