Building a game with sprite kit new Xcode

I'm doing the "Build a Game with Sprite Kit" course but it seems it uses an old version of Xcode (Xcode 5 apparently) and I couldn't create a "SpriteKit Game" proyect just a "Game" and it has a different template than the one shown in the video and when I follow steps done in the video, Xcode tells me there are errors.

I couldn't figure out how to create a sprite kit game or make the code work.

Thanks.

Figuring out how the code would be written in Swift is a part of being a good developer, once in the real world nobody will hold your hand. But if you're stating out like me then the news is still bad as they have no official plans even now at the end of 2018 to update the course to even use Swift syntax.

A lot has changed in four and a half years and platforms like YouTube have more diverse material.
