But based only on the code I can give you a few hints:
- You'll need to declare a multidimensional array to hold the multiplication table
- You will probably want 2 nested loops, one for rows, and one for columns
- You might want to use maxFactor in the loop conditions
- You'll need to initialize your array with multiplication products
- Be sure to return the completed array
- You don't need to write anything to the console
