Calling send on request object

The error I receives is "did you call send() on the request object?" As far as I can see, the request object is being sent: request.send();

What's the problem here?

request.send() should not be inside request.open().

You nested request.send() in the function sendAJAX(), but you only declared the function, now you just need to call the function to pass the challenge.

sendAJAX();

or you can just call it without declaring a function like this

request.send()
