I don't understand the error messages I'm getting unfortunately :(
let months = [1, 2, 3]
for item in months {
if item == 1{
println( "January")}
else if item == 2{
println ("February")
else if item == 3{
println ("March")
}

. That's causing one issue!
Same after item == 3
. Although that could be said to be closing the for
loop rather than the test against 3.
Have a look at this:
let months = [1, 2, 3]
for item in months {
if item == 1 {
println( "January")
} else if item == 2 {
println ("February")
} else if item == 3 {
println ("March")
}
}
That should work fine.
Steve.
