JavaScript JavaScript Unit Testing Behavior Driven Development with Mocha & Chai A Testing Test!

Can anyone help with writing a test spec using Mocha and Chai?

I am trying to make a spec that tests the results of a function that simply clones an object. In my own text editor it works but for some reason it is not passing in the quiz. Here is the actual quiz question: Write a test spec that proves the clone function in clone.js returns an object where all properties match. HINT: it might help to check the Chai docs. My code should be included.

clone_spec.js
var expect = require('chai').expect

describe('clone', function () {
    var clone = require('./clone.js')
    it('some description string', function () {
    let carColors = {
      car1: 1,
      car2: 2
    }
    clone(carColors);
      // YOUR CODE HERE
      expect({car1: 1, car2: 2}).to.eql({car1: 1, car2: 2});
  });
})
clone.js
function clone (objectForCloning) {
    return Object.assign({}, objectForCloning)
}

module.exports = clone
