Can anyone tell me how to sync my IPhoto with my Safari? Please

I'd like to know how I can do that. I've been trying to save the photos I want to download into my IPhoto app directly. However, it tells me that Safari can't communicate with IPhoto. Please I know this is not the place I should be asking this kind of question, but I would appreciate if I get an answer. Thank you guys

Is this on a Mac or on iOS?

Can you download them from Safari to your Camera roll (iOS) or a folder (Mac)?

This is a Mac, and Yeah, I have to do that every time I want to download an image. But, the thing is that I wanted to know if they can communicate between each other. thanks

If you right click on a Photo what options do you get?

Safari to iPhoto

I tried with iPhoto closed and opened and it showed for both.

Apple Discussion

Yes, exactly. However, after clicking the (Add Image to IPhoto Library) option, a little window pops up saying that Safari can't communicate with IPhotos.

Which version of Safari, iPhoto and OSX are you on?

Have you updated iPhoto recently?

Has this ever worked, has this only just started to happen?

Do you have any add-ons installed in Safari?

Everything is up to date. I'm running with the OS X 10.9, I think it is the latest. I just happen to notice this little problem, so I assumed it has never worked. About Safari, I don't have any add-ons installed in it.

Might be worth going on the Apple Forums then or popping into an Apple store with a Genius appt.

Yeah right, well, but it was good to try in here. Thank you anyway. and by the way the Apple forum is so confusing.

Yeah I've never been a massive fan of their forum but might have a little gem hidden somewhere
