please give me some suggestions. if you can
Also anybody have any suggestions on programs that are similar to workspace?

If you're just getting started I'd recommend avoiding Dreamweaver. Mainly because a standard text editor gives you less coding assistance so you'll find you learn more.
However, ultimately you should use the program that you feel most comfortable with.

Just one more thing. But its probably a really dumb question. Im still very new to web development.
Would I be able to preview the file in Sublime Text, so I can see how my website looks like so far. Kinda like what we do in workspaces? Is there like a preview button for that?
