Can I Increase Video Quality?

Is there a way to control the quality of the streaming tutorial videos? Specifically, I want to increase the quality. Some of the videos come across poorly for me, but my internet connection can handle much more. For example:

Sorry if this is an obvious question, I'm relatively new here.

Thanks.

Hi Michael,

Streams default to a HD quality (720p) and there are no quality options for the user to enable. If you're having difficulty streaming a video, it may be indicative of some other issues (related to network or browser, for instance). Often, browser plugins can muck up a stream, so accessing the videos in question in an incognito/safe viewing window can test this (by disabling plugins). Also, sometimes a simple cookies/cache/reboot can also fix this.
