Can someone help me with this

I am trying to write the code to get the input value. I can figure it out. What am I doing wrong?

js/app.js
```javascript
//Select the input for the title for blog post.
var $titleInput = $("#title");
//Select the preview h1 tag
var $previewTitle = $("#titlePreview");
// Every second update the preview
var previewTimer = setInterval(updatePreview, 1000);
function updatePreview(){
  //Get the user's input
  var titleValue;
  $('#title').val();
  //Set the user input as the preview title.
  $previewTitle.text(titleValue);
}
```index.html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
  <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="theme.css">
</head>
<body>
  <div id="form">
    <label for="title">Blog Post Title</label><input id="title" name="title" value="" placeholder="Enter your blog title here">
  </div>
  <div id="preview">
    <h1 id="titlePreview"></h1>
  </div>
  <script src="//code.jquery.com/jquery-1.11.0.min.js" type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8"></script>
  <script src="js/app.js" type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8"></script>
</body>
</html>
theme.css
  #form {
    width: 45%;
    float: left;
  }
  #preview {
    width: 45%;
    float: right;
  }
  label {
    width: 20%;
    display: inline-block;
  }
  input {
    width: 70%;
  }

:point_right: You haven't assigned the input value to the titleValue variable.

You're very close: you referenced the input value correctly, but you didn't do anything with it. You just need to assign it to the variable used on the next line to set the h1 tag.

I put in titleValue and previewTitle and it still dose not work.
