can someone help me with this

Convert the plain JavaScript code in the app.js file to jQuery. Assume the selected element has a class of profile-header, and use the jQuery method .hide().

This is how you select elements with jQuery.

These:

  • jQuery('.profile-header');
  • $('.profile-header');

Are the similar to these in vanilla JavaScript:

  • document.querySelectorAll('.profile-header');
  • document.getElementsByClassName('profile-header');

the $ symbol is just a quicker way to code. instead of

jQuery('.box').hide(); // you can do $('.box').hide();
