Can someone tell me what is wrong with my code?

It tells me: "The callback is not the startAnimation function"

app.js
const section = document.getElementById("animateMe");
const timeout = setTimeout(2000);
function startAnimation(section, timeout) {
  //Applies spinning animation to section element
  section.className = "spin";
}
index.html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
    <head>
        <title></title>
        <link rel='stylesheet' href='styles.css'>
    </head>
    <body>
        <section id="animateMe">
            <p>Animate Me in 2 Seconds!</p>
        </section>
        <script src='app.js'></script>
    </body>
</html>

Once page loads you would want to run the setTimeout function. The first parameter is the callback aka function you want to run and the second parameter is the delay you want to set in milliseconds.

const section = document.getElementById("animateMe");

setTimeout(function startAnimation() {
  //Applies spinning animation to section element
  section.className = "spin";
}, 2000);
