JavaScript Object-Oriented JavaScript (2015) Constructor Functions and Prototypes Methods with Prototypes

Can we reuse same function for different object prototypes?

i.e. var copyFunction = function (name,email) { console.log(name + email); };

MyObject1.prototype.foo1 = copyFunction; MyObject2.prototype.foo2 = copyFunction;

Reason I ask is would this way be better that rw-writing the same code over agin for each prototype.

I've tried it and it seems to work but could there be any problems I may come across

Regards

qamar

good question Qamar, it seems it helps you keep your code DRY. I tend to do the same wherever i need to write less and do more
