Can you help me pass this code challenge?

Question: Below the first if statement, write a conditional statement to test if the my_plugin_hidden_field input field has been submitted.

plugin.php
<?php

function my_plugin_options_page() {

    if (!current_user_can('manage_options')) {
        wp_die('You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.');
    }

  if( isset( $my_plugin_hidden_field) );

?>

What's wrong with this code?

I haven't done this challenge but I would assume that you don't have my_plugin_hidden_field assigned to a variable of that name. Maybe it's looking for the $_POST value? Have you tried:

<?php
if(isset($_POST['my_plugin_hidden_field'])) {

}
?>

The way you are trying it you would have to have the $_POST value assigned to a variable of that name:

<?php
$my_plugin_hidden_field = $_POST['my_plugin_hidden_field'];
if(isset($my_plugin_hidden_field)) {

}
?>
