You can use font-awesome icons on a background of your choice https://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/icons/#brand

if you use Zurb Foundation framework for developing, they also have their own icon font you can use for those logos http://zurb.com/playground/foundation-icon-fonts-3

There are also lots of free resources in creative commons communities like https://pixabay.com/
