Cannot get my html to link up to my css - please help

Cannot figure out where I am going wrong, name of css file is "resume.css"

Maybe your resume.css is nested inside a folder and you forget to type a path to to, for example - href="css/resume.css"

You have a space after resume.css here:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="resume.css ">

and you are missing a closing bracket here:
