Cannot running an app on device

when i want test run on device, this is what got in log

Failure [INSTALL_CANCELED_BY_USER]

$ adb shell pm uninstall com.example.michaelsander.funfack DELETE_FAILED_INTERNAL_ERROR Error while Installing APK

what should i do?

Try Disconnecting the USB cable, and toggle ON the developer option again and then try connecting again.
