I'm supposed to create a relative server path; I'm not sure why this isn't working:
<?php include("../../config/company.php"); ?>
I'm in "about/leadership", so two levels up should be the document root, containing the config directory, and then that should have the company.php
<?php
include("../../config/company.php");
?>
<html>
<head>
<title>Leadership | Shirts 4 Mike</title>
</head>
<body>
<h1>Leadership</h1>
<p><strong>Owner:</strong> ????</p>
<p><a href="/contact/">Contact</a></p>
</body>
</html>

<?php
include("config/company.php");
?>
<html>
<head>
<title>Leadership | Shirts 4 Mike</title>
</head>
<body>
<h1>Leadership</h1>
<p><strong>Owner:</strong> ????</p>
<p><a href="/contact/">Contact</a></p>
</body>
</html>
