Can't define laps in the function itself

'''class RaceCar:

def __init__(self, color, laps, fuel_remaining, **kwargs):
    self.color = color
    self.fuel_remaining = fuel_remaining
    self.laps = laps

    for key, value in kwargs.items():
        setattr(self, key, value)

def run_lap(self, length):
    self.fuel_remaining -= length*0.125
    self.laps += 1'''
racecar.py
class RaceCar:

    def __init__(self, color, laps, fuel_remaining, **kwargs):
        self.color = color
        self.fuel_remaining = fuel_remaining
        self.laps = laps

        for key, value in kwargs.items():
            setattr(self, key, value)

    def run_lap(self, length):
        self.fuel_remaining -= length*0.125
        self.laps += 1

The instructions for task 1 say that the constructor should "take arguments for color and fuel_remaining", there's no argument for laps. You can still create the attribute self.laps, but instead of setting it from a parameter, the instructions for task 2 say to "set it to 0".
