I need help with the second part of the challenge

So the question wants you to sum up the numbers in the numbers array by iterating over it and adding each number to the sum variable. The counter variable is going to be used as your iterator value to access each item in the numbers array as you are looping over it. The condition of the while loop is that the loop should continue as long as counter is less than the amount of items in the numbers array.

while counter < numbers.count {
    // Counter and Sum start out as zero, so the first time through the loop you will add the first item in the array (2) to sum.
    sum += numbers[counter]
    // Each time through the loop, you add one to counter so it will access the next item in the array and add it to the variable sum.
    counter += 1
}
