iOS Swift 2.0 Functions Function Parameters Returning Complex Values

Can't figure out what is wrong with this code.

Hello, When I input the following code I get this message: Make sure you accept a single parameter String in your function declaration.

functions.swift
// Enter your code below
func getTowerCoordinates(location location: String) -> (Double, Double) {

    switch location {

    case "Eiffel Tower": return(48.8582, 2.2945)
        case "Great Pyramid": return(29.9792, 31.1344)
        case "Sydney Opera House": return(33.8587, 151.2140)
    default: (0,0)

    }

      return (0.0, 0.0)

}

I was just running into this as well. I solved it by removing the external parameter name... so instead of

func getTowerCoordinates(location location: String) -> (Double, Double) {

Use:

func getTowerCoordinates(location: String) -> (Double, Double) {

I'm still doing the reading to decide if this is a bug in the course, or if it's not possible/practical to use. When I use it in Xcode it parses out correctly so I'm starting to think it's an error in the courseware quiz.

Hey Calvin Whitmore,

First, remove the external parameter name for location. This is a valid way to write the function but it won't pass the code challenge.

Second, you need to add a return to your default case and remove the return outside of the switch statement.

// Enter your code below
func getTowerCoordinates(location: String) -> (Double, Double) {

    switch location {

    case "Eiffel Tower": return(48.8582, 2.2945)
        case "Great Pyramid": return(29.9792, 31.1344)
        case "Sydney Opera House": return(33.8587, 151.2140)
        default: return(0,0)
    }
}

Good Luck!
