Can't install dependencies

So I'm stuck at setting up this project in vs code. I've tried the solutions mentioned by others asking the same question but nothing works. I also tried running "npm update" but nothing. Nodemon doesn't even get installed because running npm start doesn't start the server. This is the response from node:
