can't remove scrollbar with the sticky footer

I tried the Sticky footer tips of teacher’ note to add .main-footer a height 89px, but still got scrollbar there. And there is another problem that I checked dev tool of Chrom and found the footer height is 121.33px, not 89px. Even though I minus the value 121.33px, the scrollbar is still there. Please help me to solve this problem. Thanks~
