Can`t solve this....

Place a Boolean value between the parenthesis for the condition in this conditional statement. Use the boolean value that will result in the message "This is true" appearing in an alert box. Bummer! There was an error with your code: ReferenceError: Can't find variable: True Restart Get Help Recheck work script.js index.html

1 if ( ) { 2 alert('This is true'); 3 } else { 4 alert('This is false'); 5 }

It doesn't look like you've written any code yet.

But based on the error message you got, I would guess you put the word "True" (with capital "T") in the parentheses instead of "true" (with lower-case "t"). JavaScript is case-sensitive.

You're probably over thinking it. It is asking for a boolean value. That is either true or false. All you have to do is put one of those two values in the provided conditional statement to make the message "This is true" appear in an alert box.

if ( true ) {
    alert('This is true');
} else {
    alert('This is false');
}
