I think this matches what Nick showed in the video...

The CC control is contained in a 3 dot option button, but even when they are set to "English" they don't show up on the video.

I'm having the same issue. In the three dot button I only have Download or Captions options, but nothing happens when I click on the Captions option.

I was curious about the three dots since I didn't see them with my Mac at work. But when I got home and checked under Windows I found them with Chrome. Still I could see the captions. However when I used IE11 I couldn't. With Windows my version of Chrome 68.0.3440.106 so maybe an update required?

I see them. Is there a CC button in the player controls and is it enabled?
