Challenge 1 of Child Selectors

I am not sure what the answer is. This is my best guess. Maybe someone could point out what I am missing.

The challenge asks for "a child selector that targets li elements that are direct children of .main-nav. "

You've got the right combinator, but the parent should go on the left side, and the target goes on the right. Also, brackets are for attributes, for a class you just put a period in front of the name.
