Hi Anthony

For Part 3 you don't need to add anything to the stylesheet, it's asking you to add a class to an element in the HTML. Have a look at the clearfix in the CSS, which class it works with and add that to the specified HTML element.

Challenge Task 1 of 3

Create a new rule that targets the .content-lodging div. Add the property and value that takes .content-lodging out of the normal page flow and places it along the right side of its container.

This is whats asked, i'm still struggling to understand fully the question and how i would go about it.

Hi Anthony, sorry I was confused as you have answered Challenge 1 and 2 correctly with:

/* your already correct answer to Challenge 1 */
.content-lodging {
  float: right;
}

/* your already correct answer to Challenge 2 */
.content-traveling {
  float: left;
}

From your original question "Clear float?" and the code you provided it looked like you were trying to answer Challenge 3 "In the preview, notice how the floats made the parent container's height collapse. In the HTML file, give the .secondary-content div the specified class for clearing floats. with:

/* unnecessary code added for Challenge 3 */
.secondary-content {
  float: clear;
}

So I said that Challenge 3 doesn't require the additional CSS you have used and to look at the HTML. There is nothing wrong with your answers to Challenge 1 & 2. You need to look at the HTML for Challenge 3.

the answer is: .content-traveling { float: left }
