It keeps asking to add the src attribute when I already added it and it still gives incorrect answer.

Courses Plus Student 2,533 PointsHmmmm....try adding the type attribute.
<audio>
<source src="http://treehouse-code-samples.s3.amazonaws.com/html-video-and-audio/bridge-audio.mp3" type="audio/mpeg">
</audio>
</TREagans>
Thas Eagans
Courses Plus Student 2,533 PointsIt seems this should work then.
<audio>
<source src="http://treehouse-code-samples.s3.amazonaws.com/html-video-and-audio/bridge-audio.mp3">
</audio>
</TREagans>

35,561 PointsActually what is counting is the:
<audio src="http://treehouse-code samples.s3.amazonaws.com/html-video-and-audio/bridge-audio.mp3" type="audio/mp3">
The
<audio controls>
that you've added before doesn't ruins the task apparently (Does not make difference)
Thas Eagans
Courses Plus Student 2,533 PointsI'm not sure what the assignment is saying as I haven't done it, but the code that I usually use for audio with no problems are:
<audio controls>
<source src="file.mp3" type="audio/mpeg">
</audio>
</TREagans>

35,561 PointsThe first task asks for an Audio self closing tag, so to continue put this:
<audio src="http://treehouse-code-samples.s3.amazonaws.com/html-video-and-audio/bridge-audio.mp3">

8,966 PointsYes this is the one that worked! But the rest of the code went out like this and it passed :
```<audio controls> <audio src="http://treehouse-code samples.s3.amazonaws.com/html-video-and-audio/bridge-audio.mp3" type="audio/mp3">
Oh yeah and it closes with the "audio" tag.
Weird...
