Sigh... how embarrassing. Can't pass the code challenge on interpolated strings for Swift 2 basics. My code is: let name = "John" let greeting = "("Hello there, ") (name) (".")"
The quickquiz says "Bummer. Make sure it's an interpolated string" but the code works in playground... pasted into the challenge from there.
What am I doing wrong?
// Enter your code below
let name = "John"
let greeting = "\("Hello there, ") \(name) \(".")"

You only need to use the brackets to interpolate a variable into a string, so instead of wrapping bothe the text and variable, you wrap just the variable...
let name = "John"
let greeting = "Hello there, \(name)."
