I feel like I'm using unnecessary variables and making this more complex than it needs to be, any help would be appreciated :)
//Show Prompt Window and store value
var fullName = prompt("What is your full name?");
//Select Input with the id of #fullName
var $name = $("#fullName").val();
//Insert value in to full name input
$("fullName value").val($name);

231,269 PointsI think this is intended to be a one-liner:
//Show Prompt Window and store value
var fullName = prompt("What is your full name?");
//Select Input with the id of #fullName
//Insert value in to full name input
$("#fullName").val(fullName);
Christian's first line ( $('#fullName');
) doesn't actually do anything.
