The task is:
Update the variable of 'tenthCharacter' on about line 20, to get the tenth character of the string 'quick'.
I have:
var tenthCharacter = quick;
console.log(tenthCharacter.charAt(9));
but I keep getting the dreaded "Bummer" message:
Was expecting the string of ' ' but got 'The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog'
I think I've been staring at it too long...

You are close, but the task is not asking to output anything to the console, only to define the tenthCharacter variable as the tenth character of the quick string. Nice that you remembered that is a zero based index. That causes issues for lots of folks.
var tenthCharacter = quick.charAt(9);
