Compiling error? But I have created a public method that returns my private variable.

I followed step by step on creating a public method to expose my private variable. Now in my Example.java I called it with the proper name and syntax but I still get an error?

If you can't share the code, you can copy and paste it, and use the Markdown Cheatsheet to style your code.

Most likely though, you either have a capitalization issue, or forgot some characters somewhere.

If you are using a workspace you can create a snapshot by clicking the camera icon in the upper right corner. This will generate a link that you can post here. Others can then work with a copy of your workspace.
