concatenated strings

I try this code in my xCode but did not work!

strings.swift
let greeting = "Hi there,"
let name = "Linda"
let fullgreeting = "\(greeting) \(name)"

let finalGreeting = greeting + " " + name + "." + " How are you?"

Hey there,

your code is not wrong but the challenge wants you to interpolate the name constant inside of greeting. After you've done that all you have to do is concatenate greeting with the String " How are you?" and assign it to the finalGreeting constant.

Like so:

let name = "Linda"
let greeting = "Hi there, \(name)."
let finalGreeting = greeting + " How are you?"

I hope that helps! :)
