216,136 PointsConcatenation is just joining strings together, which can be from fields or literals. There's no "formatting" involved.
For example, if you were concatenating names of doctors, you might do something like this:
SELECT first_name || ' ' || last_name || ', MD.' AS Doctors FROM doctor_table;
