Confused about what this question wants

I don't know if I'm just making this more complicated than it needs to be but I'm stuck at this point. I usually tend to over complicate these types of questions. I tried using just "public class PictureBook { public String mTitle() { } } but that was probably too simple of a try. What is this question asking for?

PictureBook.java
public class PictureBook{
  public String mTitle() {
    String myFeelings = {
       "I am so done with this right now",
    };
    return myFeelings;
  }
}

Second challenge said to declare a String member variable named "mTitle". and make it public.

public class PictureBook {

  public String mTitle;

}
