Confused on where to go with the rest of this.

not sure how to decrease or increase the location property or how to finish this up.

classes.swift
class Point {
    var x: Int
    var y: Int

    init(x: Int, y: Int){
        self.x = x
        self.y = y
    }
}

class Machine {
    var location: Point

    init() {
        self.location = Point(x: 0, y: 0)
    }

    func move(direction: String) {
        print("Do nothing! I'm a machine!")
    }
}

class Robot: Machine {

    override func move(direction: String) {
        let newMovement = direction
        switch newMovement {
            case "up":
                location.y += 1

            case "down":
                location.y -= 1

            case "left":
                location.x -= 1

            case "right":
                location.x += 1

        default: print("No Direction was given")
            break
        }

    }
}

The incrementing and decrementing piece of your code looks fine. Have you tried adjusting the case statements to fit exactly what the exercise is looking for?

Hint: If you enter the string "Up"...

Oh thanks! It figures it some something stupid. I always get caught by the case sensitive stuff.

I'm just curious. Could it be in your default you have a print statement and a break?
