Copy or Upload

When creating the style sheet file for a child theme, you will likely want to (copy or upload) the CSS from the parent theme as well.

I would say Import but I guess you can say Upload. I say import because the code to do that is @import url("../twentyfourteen/style.css"); which is placed directly below your comments. And just so you know you can read everything about Child Themes Here
