Hello!
So I find this post appropriate since I'm learning javascript right now through treehouse.
I had a job interview and it went pretty well and they want to gauge my problem solving skills with this code assignment. I made them aware I was not well-versed in Javascript but they said I could use any resource available to me so I wanted to reach out to the treehouse community.
can someone walk me through how to do this? Any help is greatly appreciated!
Assignment:
Develop a program that reads three integer values.
• The three values are interpreted as representing the lengths of the sides of a triangle.
• The program prints a message that states whether the triangle is scalene, isosceles or
equilateral.
• The program can be in JavaScript
• The program reads the values from a file or Console input.
• The program source code should be production quality.

4,886 PointsStart make a psuedo code out of it, it's great also for the presentation of work. I think it's best if you do it on you're own. If you get accepted to this job you will be need to similar tasks do this on you're own.

39,199 PointsThe way I see it there are 2 parts to this challenge, one is the syntax of how to do these things the other is being able to break a problem down into its various parts to solve it. It's easy to teach syntax, it's quite difficult to teach problem solving. It's kinda like teaching someone to design well.
My point, once you've got the pseudo code all mapped out you can come back and ask questions if you are having trouble implementing something in particular.
