iOS Swift 2.0 Functions Functions in Swift 2.0 Recap: Functions

Could not be compiled here but works great in Xcode

Hey,

like always, I did everything iside Xcode and it works there - shows the temperature in fahrenheits, and when I change it inside the output of function it dynamically changes. But somehow here on treehouse I get an error that code could not be compiled and to check the preview. The preview though shows no errors.

Where's the problem Maybe it's just the website's bug?

Thanks in advance!

functions.swift
// Enter your code below
func temperatureInFahrenheit (temperature: Double) -> Double {
    let fahrenheitTemp = ((temperature * 9) / 5) + 32
    return fahrenheitTemp
}
temperatureInFahrenheit(24)

You are very close. You are just missing the last part of the challenge.

Assign the result to a constant called fahrenheitTemp.

It is easy to skip / miss a piece of the instructions. If things work in the Playground on Xcode, that's the first thing to check. ;)

// Enter your code below// Enter your code below
func temperatureInFahrenheit (temperature: Double) -> Double {
    let fahrenheitTemp = ((temperature * 9) / 5) + 32
    return fahrenheitTemp
}
let fahrenheitTemp = temperatureInFahrenheit(24) // assign to constant

I hope that helps,

Mike
