Java Java Objects (Retired) Creating the MVP Remaining Characters

could someone help me? I'm stuck

I don't understand what's wrong

Tweet.java
public class Tweet {
  private String mText;
  public static final int MAX_CHARS = 140;

  public Tweet(String text) {
    mText = text;
  }

   public void tweet() {
     while (mText.length < MAX_CHARS);
   }

  public String getText() {
    return mText;
  }

}

What is the goal of the exercise? And I think your indentation of public void tweet() may be one space off.

public void tweet() {
     while (mText.length < MAX_CHARS);
   }

To expand, you made a "while" loop but did not make a code block for the loop to execute. Write a proper while loop like this:

while ( conditionToCheck ) {
    //code to execute while condition is true
}

Post your error next time. It is most likely located here:

   public void tweet() {
     while (mText.length < MAX_CHARS);
   }
