First you have Syntax Error. return without "=" !!

syntax error, unexpected '='

Test your code her: https://repl.it/languages/php

return docs: http://php.net/manual/en/function.return.php

Fix this will pass task 1 from 4.

Now about mission 2 from 4 your problems:

  • First you should create $size
  • Next you dont follow the instructions Example: 12 x 14 Not! return the summary (168)

How to?

with concatenation operator ('.'), http://php.net/manual/en/language.operators.string.php

<?php
class Render {
  public $size = array('length'=> "", 'width'=> "");
  public static function displayDimensions($size){
    return $size[0] . " x " . $size[1];
  }
}

Thanks, that was it!
