Css class for image issue

I can't see any changes for the image I defined in my HTML "resume.html" doc.

I added class="karem-image" and added to css

.karem-image { border: solid 3px black; border-radius: 100%; }

But cannot see any changes happening to the images, please let me know if I am doing any mistakes

Does not look like you are making any mistakes. Check for syntax errors. Make sure you have linked css file in your resume.html

Had the same problem and quadruple checked that I did everything the same as Treasure. My link is working because it will accept other changes, but not when I make the border or border radius changes.
