91 Pointscss cross-browser fix to high-dpi scaling?
Windows 7 x64
If you use a higher dpi then the default value of 100%, via right click on desktop choose screen resolution then "make text bigger or smaller" then change the value to medium(125%)
For me when I have my computer hooked up to my flat screen tv I like the font to be larger since I am sitting a few feet away, makes it easier to read on large displays
Now compare web pages in Firefox 33 and Chrome 38. Firefox appears zoomed way in. This is due to high-dpi scaling feature added to Firefox where it now takes into account your dpi setting in windows, so even though Firefox zoom is set to 100% it actually looks like its at 125%.
The current Chrome also seems to support dpi scaling but for whatever reason it is not zoomed in
Here is the fix for Firefox, which is not practical https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/962990>
Is there a css fix so that the webpages look the same in both browsers?
Thanks, Dan
