  margin: 0 auto;
}

Hi Arlene,

Hex values in CSS are either 6 numbers or like in this case 3 numbers if they are doubles - 223344 can be written as 234.

Your hex value should only have either 3 or 6 hex digits. I think you added an extra one by mistake.

I have tried six 0 and three and it doesn't matter. It won't work.

I meant I have tried six and four. It still will not go through.

Have you tried with 3? It might be expecting the shorthanded version.

Yes I have done 3 and it doesn't work.

Can you re-post your updated code?

Arlene,

Could you please post the full question here?

  margin: 0 auto;
}

#logo {

Ahh, so what you are doing there is changing the h1 and h2 elements to black. Instead you want to change the p element to black.

What you had originally was very close, you did not have to modify the h1 and h2.

You see in the code that you original had:

p { color: #0000; }

there were 4 decimals.
